About this camp: Volunteers at the Angkor Thom Community Tourism project can engage in various activities, including promoting traditional handicrafts, supporting local kindergarten education, participating in eco-tourism initiatives, and facilitating cultural exchanges with community members. These activities not only contribute to the economic and educational growth of the community but also allow volunteers to gain insights into Cambodia’s rich heritage and culture.




Work: – Helping local artisans produce and promote traditional handicrafts.- Organizing educational games and teaching English to local children.- Participating in environmental conservation efforts.- Facilitating cultural exchange sessions with community members.- Making a lasting impact on the community while learning about Cambodian culture.



Accommodation and Food: – Accommodated in a shared house with basic amenities.- Each volunteer receives a mattress, pillow, blanket, and mosquito net.- Meals prepared by a local chef with opportunities to assist and learn cooking skills.



Leisure Activities: – Exploring Siem Reap’s culture by visiting Angkor Wat and local markets.- Engaging in cycling and boat trips on Tonle Sap Lake.- Participating in social events like movie nights and cultural exchanges.
