Project Officer (Local Project)

The Project Officer (Local Project) will play a key role in supporting the execution of local programs, ensuring their smooth implementation and alignment with organizational goals. This role involves coordinating project logistics, engaging with participants and stakeholders, and representing VolTra in various events and workshops. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic environments, with strong communication skills and a passion for community engagement.

主要職責

  • Assist in the execution of local projects, ensuring they align with program objectives and are delivered effectively.
  • Support various project stages and tasks, including developing program materials, coordinating communications with participants and stakeholders, and facilitating the operational aspects of program.
  • Represent VolTra in leading local events, networking sessions, and educational workshops.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with charity and community organizations to enhance local project implementation.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare external reports to evaluate project outcomes.
  • Assist the team with other projects and initiatives as required.

資格

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to the social service sector, NGOs, project assistant, and/or experience as a "Program Worker".
  • Detail-minded, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Presentable and confident in hosting workshops and interacting with youth.
  • Experience in volunteer, community or youth programs is a plus.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
