Volunteers will be involved in the organization of the Festival of folk music, dance, and poetry, called Le Piacevoli Notti. They can participate in cultural workshops organized during the festival or assist the artistic staff in setting up and dismantling the stage decorations and in promotional activities. During the workcamp, there will be a big Intercultural Day called 1Table4All, where volunteers will organize this day of conviviality with the locals, particularly in cooking typical foods from their own countries.

Volunteers will be accommodated in the historic center in a former school, with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one with a shower, and separate rooms for males and females. Vegetarian food is also provided. Nearby the building are: Pharmacy, Library, Market, Bakery, Butcher, ATM, Refreshment Points. Unfortunately, there is no Wi-Fi inside the building.

Ciciliano is a small rural village with 1246 inhabitants, surrounded by hills, near Rome and a few kilometers from Tivoli, a city with 2 UNESCO sites. Numerous nature trails start downhill, including the path leading to the Sanctuary of Mentorella, one of the oldest Marian sanctuaries in Italy and Europe.
